Is $78 the whole price?
For REX, yes, one seat, month-to-month, no setup, nothing metered. The website is $289 on its own, or $349 for both together with the standard build free. Live market data is a separate in-app upgrade as we light up each market, and it is optional.
Why is the bundle $349 and not $367?
Because we would rather you took both. It is an $18 credit a month plus the $500 standard build, which is $716 in your first year. That is our best value. There is no annual negotiation, no rep with a special rate, and no different number for the person who pushes harder.
Does REX pull live comps and CMAs?
Live market data, comps, CMAs and market reports, is rolling out market by market. Realtracs is live today, and everything else about REX works everywhere from day one. When we connect your market it shows up as an upgrade inside the app.
Do I have to leave my CRM?
No. REX has its own CRM that you talk to, so you can start fresh without migrating anything. New integrations are being added regularly.
What if my team needs more seats?
REX Team is $299 for three seats and $69 for each one after, up to twelve. At twelve that works out lower per seat than an agent pays on their own. Above twelve you are a brokerage as far as we are concerned, and that is a conversation rather than a checkout page. Book a demo and we will price it to your roster.
Can REX help with contracts and forms?
REX gives plain-English answers to the everyday contract and forms questions agents ask, like what a common term means or what to raise with your broker. It is not a broker or an attorney, and it does not review contracts. Anything that goes to a client goes through your broker first. That is not a legal disclaimer, it is how you should use it.
Why is there no contract, when everyone else has one?
Because a contract is what you need when the product does not hold people on its own. Everything is month-to-month. If you pay annually you get two months free, and if you leave before the year is out we refund the months you did not use, which, as far as we know, nobody else in this market does.
Is my client data safe?
Your data is yours. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train public models, and you can export or delete everything at any time. Where live market data is connected, access is tied to your own credentials and stays inside your MLS’s rules.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep everything you made. Export your client context, presentations and chat history, and any data connection is severed the same day. No retention call, no transfer to a manager.
