What is REX?
REX is AI built for real estate. You tell it what you need in plain language. It remembers your clients, drafts your follow-up, pulls homes and builds CMAs (comparative market analyses) when your MLS (multiple listing service) is connected.
Do I have to buy everything?
No. Most people start with REX, add a website, and add Total Search when the volume calls for it.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month.
How long does it take to get started?
You can start using REX the day you sign up. A standard website takes longer because we build it for you. We will give you a date on the first call.

Do I need to connect my MLS?
No. REX is useful on day one without it. Connecting your MLS adds live listings, ranked comps and CMAs.
Which MLS is supported?

Is my data used to train public AI models?
No. Your data is never sold and never used to train public models.
Does REX replace my CRM?
It can. REX has its own CRM that you talk to, and new integrations are being added regularly.

Do I own my website?
You own your brand, your content and your domain, and you can take all of it with you. The platform it runs on is ours. That is what makes it something we can maintain rather than something you inherit when it breaks.
Who makes updates to my site?
We do. Send the change and we handle it.
